Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Raw bundles require 3-5 business days for rigorous quality inspection and sanitization before dispatch to ensure communal safety and luxury standards.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We utilize DHL Express and FedEx for all domestic and international shipments. For security, all individual raw hair collections require a signature upon delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Duties

Global flat-rate shipping is provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch. You may monitor your package's journey from our ethical sourcing hub to your destination.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we guarantee prompt handover to carriers, we cannot be held liable for courier delays. Our concierge team is available to assist with any claims relating to lost shipments.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for store credit or full refund within 7 business days of delivery. All requests must be initiated via our concierge support email with valid proof of purchase from the Human Raw Hair official boutique.

2. Condition of Items

Hygiene standards: bundles must be in original lace/bands; once installed or altered (including bleaching, cutting lace, or chemical treatment), returns are void. Hair must be in its original factory state to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our exclusive clientele.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once received and inspected at our London HQ, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that banks may require additional time to reflect the transaction in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, custom-built wigs, clearance vault items, and wholesale bulk orders are strictly non-refundable. Service fees for wig styling or color adjustments are also exempt from refunds.

5. Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges for products of equal or higher value. The original item must be returned in its pristine, unused state. Client is responsible for exchange shipping logistics and any price difference.
